All ultrasound packages include 4 guests plus the pregnant mom. 

Two additional guest can be admitted for a $6 add-on fee per person. We no longer host large parties. If you have more than 7 guests, they will not be able to enter.

To help us get the clearest images, drink plenty of water for days before your appointment.

Coconut water is excellent for hydration.

Avoid hot coffee and greasy foods 4 hours before your appointment time.

All booking deposits are non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

If you paid for your appointment in full a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Can I receive a refund if I miss my appointment?

Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

We do not offer free pregnancy testing at this time . However we do offer pregnancy ultrasounds as early as 5 weeks at an affordable price.

• 4D adds the dimension of motion, so you can watch your baby in a 3D image move in real time video.

⏰ Late, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

We understand life happens, and we value your time and ours. Please review our policy below:

• Grace Period: All clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment time will begin.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.
  
• If we are still able to accommodate you within our schedule, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours prior will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to book again.
• No-Call / No-Show & Late Fees:
  Clients who fail to call, or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a late/no-show fee.
  No-call/no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost and forfeit the $25 deposit.
• Important: Communication is key! Please text or call us at (832) 409-1647 if you’re running late.

Its always a good time to see your baby on the big screen, However, here’s what you can expect as your baby gets older.

• Between 6-14 weeks is a good time to see your baby for the first time, hear your baby’s heartbeat and watch your baby wiggle around.
• At 16 weeks is a good time to check on babies gender.
• Between 16-25weeks you can see more of your baby in whole. 
• Between 26 and 34 weeks, your baby develops more of his/her features and more fat. This is the perfect time to see who your baby looks like .
• After 34 weeks, you can see baby and get a final weight . 

3D and 4D ultrasound uses the same sound waves as your doctor in 2D ultrasound. Ultrasounds have been used for many years and there have been no proven side effects from its proper use. We strictly adhere to the FDA's standards and follow their recommendations. In addition, we are staffed with LICENSED sonographers so you are in good hands.
